The undertaking ‘Guliver’ started its traditional family handicraft in 1980 under the trademark ‘Kameleon’ (‘Chameleon’). ‘Kameleon’ has been manufacturing leather ware, which in the beginning covers the small part of the trade market. Over the years, it strengthens its position on the entire Croatian market as well as on the trade markets of the neighbouring countries by specializing in women’s fashion ware manufacture. In 1990 it changed it name to ‘Guliver’, and with already established distinguishing, own fashion expression, it has started to deal with footwear trade, representing the exclusive selection of the world famous footwear labels. The firm ‘Guliver’ counts currently ten retail shops, from which three are located in Split, three in Zagreb, one in Šibenik, one in Zadar, one in Osijek and one in Rijeka.
